About us
Founded in 1999, the
Muforg Ezredév Ltd. is a family enterprise employing 50 skilled
operators in two plants: In Hajdúnánás (Eastern Hungary) and in Lövő
(Western Hungary)
In order to meet
better and better our own and our clients'
requirements in 2002 we implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System
in both plants then in 2003 the ISO 14001 Environmental Management
System. At the end of 2005 the installation of the ISO/TS 16949:2002
Quality Management System for the automobile industry was terminated
successfully.
According to the principle of our company, we are continously improving
our well-equipped main plant in Hajdúnánás. Our main activity is
producing machine-cut and milled items with automatic and modern
machines in small, medium and large series. Our extensive experience
and modern machines make the profitable and complex production very
easy from 1 mm up to 180 mm diameter.
In our subsidiary plant fitted with superior machines in Lövő we are
specialized in tool-making, manufacturing pressed, drawn and bended
products. In our toolmaking plant we mainly manufacture pressing,
drawing and bending machines as well as plastic and metal injection
moulds. Our constructors design the tools in close team-work with our
customers. Tool-testing is performed in our pressing workshop and
approval of sample pieces is followed by the delivery of the tools with
warranty.
At our pressing facility there are different pressing machines at
disposal up to 150 tons, which enables us to produce pressed, drawn and
bended models efficiently with short productin deadline and to be fully
fulfilling the customers' needs.
We are able to take over a part of the costs of tool maintenance during
production, or fully as per agreement. In this way you won't have to
face unexpected exra costs during production and smooth fabrication is
also guaranteed.
Due to the close cooperation between our plants and the wide range of
production facilities we are able to perform assembling procedures as
well.
